About the Role

Seeking a Talent Executive to join the Commercial Content Production team, focusing on creative and commercial support for content production. This role assists the Head of Talent in executing talent solutions and driving inclusion initiatives within the commercial team and broader business. You will collaborate with creative teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver creative, cost-effective talent solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Talent to cast talent aligning with stakeholder and client requirements for campaigns.
  • Draft initial contracts for Head of Talent approval, outlining deliverables and usage rights.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate processing of talent and agency onboarding, payments, and budget accountability.
  • Track industry shifts, talent agency movements, creator platforms, and emerging trends to maintain competitive campaigns.
  • Attend offsite meetings and video shoots as required.
  • Prepare decks and case studies for presentations.
  • Build, organize, and update internal and external talent and creator lists using AI technology and research models.
  • Support the Head of Talent in using AI for new talent discovery and optimizing talent tools.
  • Track competitive data and talent-driven campaigns for presentations and industry knowledge.
  • Assist in reporting on talent-driven campaigns to track performance and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience in Entertainment, Talent Management, Agency, or Production.
  • Basic understanding of contracts for omni-channel commercial content and social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of the digital space, creator economy, and basic digital production knowledge.
  • General knowledge of the Australian media/entertainment landscape, brand and media agencies, producers, and creator platforms.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a baseline understanding of talent processes.
  • Ability to confidently work with external and internal stakeholders including agents, internal producers, the creative team, sales, legal, and finance.
  • Understanding of AI-driven platforms and applications and willingness to learn.
