About the Role
FINE&BRIGHT is seeking motivated apprentices for a career in event technology, offering hands-on experience in lighting, sound, video, rigging, and stage construction across diverse events.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement technical concepts for events, including planning and installing lighting, sound, video, and stage technology.
- Support the smooth setup and dismantling of technical equipment, coordinating with teams and service providers.
- Operate and control professional audio and lighting systems during events to create a unique atmosphere.
- Maintain and service all technical equipment and systems to ensure seamless event operations.
- Collaborate closely with event organizers, provide technical consultation, and help realize their event visions.
Requirements
- Successful completion of school education.
- Enthusiasm for event technology and events, with good technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Team player, reliable, and flexible.
- Willingness for continuous professional development and deepening knowledge in event technology.
- A Class B driver's license is recommended.
