About the Role

FINE & BRIGHT is seeking a motivated individual to support our team in the warehouse and at exciting productions in Berlin and surrounding areas. This role involves handling event technology, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt, inspection, and storage of event technology
• Order picking, packing, and preparation of materials for productions
• Maintenance, servicing, and basic functional testing of lighting, sound, and video equipment
• Simple repairs of cables and event technology
• Ensuring order and structure in the warehouse
• Transport planning
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles
• Transporting equipment within Berlin
• On-site logistical coordination (material flow, cases, transports)
• Coordination of external materials
• Return transport and re-storage after productions
• Assisting technicians with installation and cabling

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and basic technical understanding
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Teamwork and flexibility (including varying working hours)
• Interest in event technology and event productions
• Driver's license class B (truck driver's license is an advantage)
