About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate advanced machining equipment, interpret complex engineering drawings, and contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality components. Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling, turning, and other machining equipment to fabricate parts and components to specifications.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, ensuring precision in each project.
  • Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements for manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and other relevant metrics.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to quality by exercising attention to detail and implementing best practices in machining.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior machinists as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding related tools and equipment.
  • Strong mathematical skills, particularly in relation to measurements and tolerances.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
