About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to be on the ground floor, reinventing a heavily manual industry from day one. Your decisions will shape the technical DNA of the company and the future of the insurance industry. You will work directly with the founders and customers every day, shipping end-to-end features autonomously, designing and architecting systems from scratch, building real-world AI used daily, and working directly with brokers and customers to understand problems firsthand.

Responsibilities

Ship end-to-end features autonomously from conversation to production.
Design and architect systems from scratch.
Build and productionize AI workflows for risk management.
Work directly with brokers and customers to understand problems and iterate on solutions.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience building production software.
Experience with backend architecture, system design, and writing clean, production-quality code.
Experience with workflow orchestration using durable execution frameworks like Temporal.
Experience with agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications using orchestration frameworks like langchain, pydantic-ai, agno.
Experience with RAG, search, and retrieval pipelines, including building your own.
Experience building and optimizing agentic code setups.
Fluency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
