About the Role

ARC Intelligence is building an AI-native Finance OS for mid-market corporations to automate planning, forecasting, and reporting. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features that integrate financial data, operational workflows, and AI to drive faster decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Implement user-facing features using modern frameworks and connect them to backend APIs
• Contribute to Python-based backend services including API endpoints and business logic
• Develop responsive UI components and dashboards for complex financial data
• Integrate third-party systems and product data flows
• Build adaptive systems and integrate AI-powered features into product workflows
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into software
• Transition product prototypes and technical ideas into production-ready features

Requirements

• Strong capabilities in Python backend development using Django REST Framework or FastAPI
• Strong TypeScript and React experience, ideally with Next.js
• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend communication
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
• Experience using Git in a collaborative engineering team
• Commitment to writing clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
• Comfortable working in an AI-assisted development environment
• Strong communication skills in English
