About the Role

ARC Intelligence is building the AI-native Finance OS for modern mid-market corporations, enabling them to manage planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management through a single intelligent platform. Our vision is to become the AI-native ERP system for process-heavy corporations, starting with finance and expanding to automate workflows across the entire company.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of our platform across frontend, backend, data, and AI-related projects.
• Build and improve product features used by customers.
• Contribute to frontend development using modern web technologies.
• Support backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Work with ERP and financial data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and AI teams.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.
• Help identify and solve technical challenges across the platform.
• Learn how AI-powered products are designed, built, and deployed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Curiosity about AI, data, and modern software development.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
