This role is responsible for managing the corrective action, internal audit, and document control processes within the Quality Management System.

Maintain and revise Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
Facilitate review and disposition of updates to QMS procedures and work instructions.
Train process owners on QMS procedures and work instructions for consistency.
Create, coordinate, and facilitate internally issued corrective actions.
Assist manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams in determining effective corrective actions.
Verify the effectiveness of completed corrective actions.
Track status and issue monthly metrics for corrective actions for management review.
Perform internal audits and identify quality system improvements for ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D compliance.
Assist Quality staff during customer and external auditor QMS audits.
Perform other duties within the Quality function as assigned.

Experience working in a manufacturing company with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D accreditation.
Experienced user of BPA or other Quality software for document control, non-conformance reports, and corrective action reports.
Experience performing root cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D Problem Solving, or Fishbone Diagram methods.
Experience with QMS audits performed by customers and external auditors.
Experience with QMS internal audits.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

Experienced user of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.).
