About the Role

This seasonal role supports the management and maintenance teams during apartment turnover and special projects, acting as a liaison between vendors and staff to ensure smooth operations and project completion.

Responsibilities

• Accompany vendors on-site as instructed.
• Assist in audits and tracking, including key audits and damage walks.
• Assist in quality checks of completed work to ensure units are market-ready.
• Prepare units/bedspaces for occupancy during the unit Turnover process.
• Understand and follow the American Campus key policy.
• Assist with moving, unloading, and storing supplies.
• Perform and assist in completing daily duties as outlined in the American Campus BOSS program.
• Assist in keeping property grounds clean, including trash pick-up, common area cleaning, and amenity area maintenance.
• May assist with final walks and touch-ups, including minor cleaning and repairs.
• Participate in routine property or unit inspections.
• Attend all mandatory employee staff meetings and company safety meetings/webinars.
