About the Role
The Delivery Excellence Manager ensures exceptional client outcomes through disciplined project execution, proactive coordination, and operational leadership. This role acts as the operational hub, connecting project teams and creating the conditions for success by managing workflows, mitigating risks, and fostering accountability across the organization's portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the learning event pipeline.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and resource constraints.
- Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and cross-functional coordination.
- Provide surge support for complex or high-priority projects.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Establish and improve project management standards, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Drive consistency in project execution across the organization.
- Re-engage stalled workstreams and address coordination gaps.
- Prepare delivery status reports and executive summaries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants.
- Plan and execute participant communications and manage learning platform access.
- Manage and track participant incentive processes.
- Gather participant feedback to improve program delivery.
- Maintain visibility into team capacity, workload, and resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and project staffing.
- Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and financial variances.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to improve financial reporting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, or consulting operations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
