Responsibilities
- Manage field operations, including walking job sites and ensuring quality control.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Organize team activities, structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crew members on task.
- Provide support to the team by resolving staff issues and ensuring necessary training.
- Prepare for the next day's operations.
- Assist with routing, quality control, and operational coverage.
- Address staffing issues and contribute to crew retention.
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Proficiency in operating and performing preventative maintenance on mowers, trimmers, tractors, and other equipment.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses within 6 months if not already possessed.
- Clean driving history.
- Experience driving a trailer.
