About the Role
Join one of Canada’s top performing asset managers as an Analyst or Senior Analyst on the Performance and Attribution Solutions Team (PAS). This role focuses on delivering post-trade analytics, enhancing investment processes through value-add analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including Portfolio Managers. Responsibilities
- Perform investment performance calculations, attribution analysis, analytics, and portfolio risk reporting across public and private asset classes.
- Support sales and marketing requests, providing data for RFPs and DDQs.
- Research, propose, and maintain performance measurement and attribution methodologies for existing and new products.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Identify process improvements and leverage best practices across the team.
- Understand new products and ensure proper reporting is in place.
Requirements

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas, explain analytics/methodologies, and lead solution-oriented discussions.

- Consistently apply a critical eye to processes to identify improvement opportunities.

- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Advanced computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel and Power BI.
- Desire to learn basic database query languages.
