About the Role

As a Test Manager, you will bring hands-on expertise to define and manage test strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will lead functional, performance, and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute all test activities, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
• Work confidently within a matrix organization, managing vendor and third-party relationships.
• Mentor and guide test teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Oversee performance and other non-functional test activities, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Bring knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices.
• Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.

Requirements

• Eligibility for Security Clearance
• Strong test management skills with accountability for planning and execution.
• Experience in risk-based test planning and managing escalations.
• Expertise in non-functional testing methodologies and processes.
• Confident in stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• A strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.
• Background in a consultancy environment.
