About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise daily operations, maintain operational excellence through the daily concept workflow, and lead a team to deliver high guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will act as a key support to the store management team, fostering an engaging, people-centric workplace.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily concept workflow (DCWF) by observing operational gaps and delegating tasks.
• Provide corrective and acknowledging feedback to maintain team productivity.
• Oversee and follow up on task-monitoring checklists to ensure food and bar safety standards.
• Document and report store malfunctions or issues.
• Conduct Juicer training following the global training mantra.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle in-store guest feedback professionally.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance against daily commercial targets.
• Supervise deliveries and general type-in culture.
