About the Role

As a Shift Manager at Joe & the Juice, you will supervise daily operations, maintain operational excellence, and deliver high guest satisfaction to drive financial performance. You will support the store management team by fostering an engaging and motivated workplace through corrective feedback and a continuous training mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is executed to the highest standards by following structure and observing operational gaps.
• Delegate tasks to maintain a focused and productive team and follow up with feedback.
• Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists to ensure adherence to food and bar safety principles (Pink Standard).
• Responsible for honest documentation and reporting of store malfunctions or issues.
• Carry out planned Juicer training using the mantra: “Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation”.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience through brand behavior principles.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by handling in-store guest feedback professionally.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts by communicating and following up on daily commercial targets.
• Carry out deliveries, including reporting and supervising general type-in culture.
