Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and improve our cloud infrastructure, keeping it performant and maintainable.
  • Apply security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Uphold high standards for code quality and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with the team on architectural decisions, ensuring alignment across backend and platform projects.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with backend development and platform engineering.
  • Security-conscious mindset; you think about security as part of how you build, not as an afterthought.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and distributed infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with API design and responsible handling of sensitive data.
  • In-office 5 days a week at our SF office.
