About the Role

As the Assistant Venue Manager for Timezone Eastgardens, you will help run this multi-faceted venue and be an inspiring leader to our team. You will have input and influence over the venue's success and champion our values daily, supporting and being supported by the Venue Manager with a focus on guest experience.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain one
  • Hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Hands-on and effective leader with experience in managing within a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue
  • Pro-active and innovative leader capable of achieving results and inspiring the team
  • Strong relationship builder to create amazing experiences for corporate and social group bookings
  • Speedy learner with a good understanding of the financial management of a business
  • Passionate about guest experience
