About the Role
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will drive the research agenda to advance AI model capabilities for real-world healthcare tasks, contributing to the development of novel datasets, environments, and models.
Responsibilities
- Develop novel evaluations, reinforcement learning environments, and benchmarks for healthcare workflows
- Develop, train, and evaluate computer-use agents for complex healthcare interfaces
- Write and publish research papers in academic conferences
Requirements
- Published at least one first-author paper in a top machine learning conference such as NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML
- Comfortable working long hours in a high-intensity, early-stage environment
- Interested in applying AI to the healthcare domain
