About the Role

As a Data Operations Lead, you will interface with AI and healthcare customers, scope requirements, and help construct high quality datasets, environments, and evaluations for AI models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategies for generating / acquiring novel datasets and partnerships
  • Manage expert contributors
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to align data with overall research agendas
  • Develop and implement processes for curating and QC'ing data pipelines at scale

Requirements

  • Previous work experience building expert networks or delivering human data projects
  • Scrappy, hands-on, and willing to do whatever it takes to deliver
  • Understand how to improve, incentivize, and maintain contributor networks
  • At least one job in healthcare and moderate domain knowledge
  • Comfortable working long hours in a high-intensity, early-stage environment
  • Excited to be on-site in SF and collaborate closely with a small team
