About the Role
As a Studio Assistant, you will help carry out the company mission by effectively assisting in running studio operations and supporting team members. You will add value to the company’s success by taking responsibility over your tasks and being a great example.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Ensure hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
- Maintain health and safety standards in the studio, ensuring all hygiene standards are met.
- Oversee daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales, and administration.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members.
- Build relationships with riders and help build the Rostudio community.
- Be aware of all operational procedures and handle maintenance issues.
- Work a schedule from Monday to Sunday, between half-an-hour before and half-an-hour after studio opening hours.
Requirements
- A love for sports and the Rostudios brand.
- An interest in hospitality and customer service.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to combine communicational with operational tasks.
- Willingness to get hands dirty.
- Value tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
- Flexibility within studio opening hours.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Available for a minimum of 2 shifts (+/- 8 hours).
- Living in Berlin or nearby area.
