About the Role

The Sport-Gesundheitspark Berlin e.V. is seeking dedicated trainers for baby/toddler swimming to join their team in part-time (10-20 hours per week). The role is based in Berlin-Mitte, with a potential start date of May 1, 2026. The position involves fixed, pre-arranged weekend hours between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on Saturdays and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting courses for baby and toddler swimming
  • Guiding parents and children in playful water familiarization
  • Promoting children's movement, water confidence, and motor development
  • Creating a safe, cheerful, and child-friendly course atmosphere
  • Serving as a contact person for parents regarding baby/toddler swimming
  • Ensuring safety and order in the exercise pool

Requirements

  • Instructor/trainer license with additional qualification for baby and toddler swimming
  • Additionally, an aquafitness license is preferred
  • Enjoyment of working with children and parents
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
