About the Role
Rostudios is seeking instructors to join their team in Greenwich Village, teaching both Rocycle and Roform concepts. The role involves inspiring people through movement, creating a welcoming space for self-expression, and encouraging physical and mental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead energetic Rocycle classes for 60+ participants, demonstrating proper technique and cadence.
- Cultivate strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, teamwork, and reliability.
- Maintain exceptional hospitality and inclusiveness in all interactions.
- Teach a minimum of 6-8 classes per week on a fixed schedule.
Requirements
- Prior instructor experience.
- Successful completion of Rocycle training program.
- Flexible schedule with availability outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No vacation planned longer than 1 week during training and the following 3 months.
- Adherence to submitted availability for at least four months post-hire.
