About the Role
As a Talent Coach, you will provide training and development opportunities for current and new instructors, ensuring quality control and enabling instructors to reach their full potential. You will lead by example, provide insights into Talent Team needs and performance, and report directly to the Head Coach.
Responsibilities
- Training and developing instructor skills for new and current instructors.
- Monitoring instructor performance by regularly attending classes.
- Delivering feedback and technical performance evaluations aligned with Rostudios standards.
- Implementing additional training and development programs for instructors.
- Collaborating with management and training teams to identify instructor needs and develop workshops.
- Ensuring instructors adhere to safety practices and responsible equipment use.
- Reporting and assisting in the resolution of maintenance or service issues.
Requirements
- Natural leader who prioritizes the team.
- Skilled in providing feedback and developing others' skills.
- Able to conduct clear and fair performance evaluations.
- Excellent knowledge of reformer pilates or indoor spinning, and instructor development.
- Ability to exercise discretion.
- Hands-on and proactive attitude.
- Positive and creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
- Flexible schedule, available for emergencies including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
