About the Role
A Project Manager at Edenspiekermann bridges the creative teams and clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of design projects within budget and on time. They define project scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality, actionable creative output.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact, managing expectations, presenting designs, and collecting feedback.
- Defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Scheduling resources, briefing creatives, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitoring project expenses and preparing progress reports.
- Ensuring the final product aligns with the initial brief and meets high creative standards.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years in creative, digital, or web design agency environments.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and design thinking.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Confluence, Jira, Trello), file management (Google Workspace), and design software basics (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Strong communication, negotiation, proactive problem-solving, and empathy for both client needs and creative processes.
- Understanding of creative workflows, branding, and user experience principles.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a positive, business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in German and Englisch (C1+).
