About the Role
In this role, you will independently manage and recruit for a defined employee group. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with HR management and actively drive the company's development.
Responsibilities
- Independent support and consultation of a defined group of employees and managers on all HR and labor law issues.
- End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process, including job profiles, applicant management, interviews, and onboarding.
- Holistic handling of all operational HR processes from employee entry to exit.
- Execution of preparatory payroll accounting and competent interface function with external service providers, social security institutions, and authorities.
- System administration and data maintenance in Personio, including absence and time management.
- Legally compliant creation of employment contracts, amendments, references, and other HR documents.
- Continuous maintenance of master personnel data and proper management of personnel files.
- Active participation in HR projects and in the optimization and further development of our HR processes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional personnel management qualification or a degree with a focus on personnel, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in generalist HR work with a focus on recruiting and employee support.
- Independent, committed, and conscientious way of working.
- Strong social skills, demonstrated by a healthy balance of empathy and assertiveness.
- High quality awareness, communication skills, and personal integrity.
- Sound and practically tested knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
