About the Role

Abundo is building a product that enables people to discover and experience live events, fostering culture and forging relationships. This role is key to supporting the German market by managing, creating, and building partnerships with live event producers, promoters, cinemas, museums, and venues. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven and commercially sharp.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with key partners
• Onboard partners with the Abundo platform
• Handle ongoing admin around partnerships supply
• Support and oversee partners' listing of events
• Provide guides, inspiration, and insights to partners
• Act as the voice of partners in Germany and own the backlog of improvement initiatives
• Ensure partners are happy and enjoy working with Abundo

Requirements

• Speak both German and English fluently
• Strong people, project, and sales management skills
• Experience handling professional relationships over phone
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate with all types of personalities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Inclusive and collaborative working habits
• Care about data-driven decision-making
