About the Role

Hyde Park Schools seeks to hire a Track Head Coach responsible for providing administrative direction and oversight for the school’s Track program. The main purpose of our athletics program is to develop strong Christian young women and men, provide education through sport, and strive for excellence on and off the field. The Coach will work with students, staff, and parents to ensure Christ-like character in all areas related to our program as well as strong leaders in the classroom and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and oversight for the school’s Track program.
• Lead the program in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Promote a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and respect.
• Work with students, staff, and parents to ensure Christ-like character and develop strong leaders.

Requirements

• Reports to the Athletic Coordinator.
• Works closely with other school administrative team members.
