About the Role

The Assistant Coach supports the athletic program by fostering the spiritual, athletic, and personal growth of student-athletes in alignment with the school’s Christ-centered mission. This role requires a committed follower of Jesus Christ who models Biblical values, promotes a culture of excellence, and integrates a Biblical worldview into all coaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in planning practices.
• Support the Head Coach in developing athletes.
• Support the Head Coach in implementing game strategies.
• Support the Head Coach in maintaining discipline and safety.
• Collaborate with faculty, families, and church partners to build a unified community rooted in faith, integrity, and respect.

• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a servant’s heart.
• Must have a passion for mentoring students in their spiritual journey.
