About the Role
Build the systems and interfaces that help the world's best and brightest build in the U.S. You'll work across the entire system, from internal case management tools and applicant-facing portals to backend APIs, event pipelines, and AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic systems that automate complex, multi-step legal workflows end-to-end: drafting, reviewing, filing.
- Redesign task and workflow orchestration for robustness and scalability.
- Improve the architecture of backend services, event systems, and scheduled job infrastructure.
- Ship polished, fast interfaces for both internal legal-ops teams and customers.
Requirements
- 6+ years shipping product across frontend and backend.
- Comfortable working across TypeScript, Python, and React.
- Led projects end to end across the whole stack and shipped to a large customer base.
- Ability to take a hard problem in a complex, unfamiliar system and drive it to a working solution.
- High agency, especially for independent research and problem-solving.
- Care about the details: clean APIs, fast UIs, well-structured data models.
