About the Role
Design, implement, and operationalize Wayve's Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS). Lead the journey towards ISO 9001 certification, building processes, governance, and documentation standards to support the transition from a research-led organization to a company delivering safety-critical products. Drive organizational maturity, establish scalable quality processes, and ensure Wayve meets OEM partner expectations.

- Coordinate cross-functional programs and drive delivery against quality and compliance milestones.
- Lead organizational change management activities to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
