About the Role

As a Senior System Engineer, you will shape the software delivery lifecycle across the product portfolio. You will own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and infrastructure standards to ensure faster, safer, and more reliable releases while fostering collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI pipelines across multiple product lines for reliability, speed, and maintainability
• Manage the GitHub organization, including repository structure, access control, branching strategies, and secrets management
• Design and maintain application deployment tooling, including Helm charts, GitOps workflows, and deployment pipelines
• Define and refine deployment standards such as environment promotion, rollback strategies, and release processes
• Improve build performance and reduce friction in the software delivery lifecycle
• Manage container image registries and support a reliable artifact lifecycle
• Partner with product engineering teams to shorten feedback loops and improve deployment predictability
• Act as a technical counterpart for build and delivery topics across the organization
• Support and grow the technical capability of the build engineering team through guidance and shared standards
• Define infrastructure standards and patterns for networking, resource limits, namespace strategies, and storage

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role focused on software delivery, build infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub at organizational scale
• Solid understanding of container deployment pipelines, including artifact management and Kubernetes deployment with Helm and GitOps tools
• Ability to reason about latency, availability, failover, and RPO/RTO trade-offs
• Strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle
• Experience with observability tooling and practices
• Experience with implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Confidence working across multiple teams to translate technical complexity into scalable standards
• Professional working proficiency in English
