About the Role

Deliver and return guest vehicles to and from the valet parking lot to the casino entrance. Assist guests entering and exiting their vehicles and respond to specific guest needs and requests.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and associates.
• Deliver and retrieve guest vehicles from the casino entrance and valet parking lot.
• Assist guests entering and exiting their vehicles.
• Lock vehicles and give keys to the dispatcher.
• Adhere to all departmental safety standards and procedures.
• Dispatch as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
• Must have 3 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Work Permit license.
• Must pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment confirmation.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Frequent walking and running.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
