About the Role

This role involves supporting various legal areas, including contract law, competition law, and medical law. You will be the first point of contact for internal departments on legal questions and will coordinate with external legal counsel. A key responsibility is building and maintaining a central database for legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Support in contract law, particularly in the creation, review, and processing of NDAs, freelancer, and influencer contracts.
• Participate in the review and management of all relevant company contracts.
• Support in competition and medical law, particularly in the legal review of advertising claims, health claims, and efficacy promises.
• Serve as the first internal point of contact for our departments on legal questions in daily business.
• Coordinate and communicate with external law firms and legal advisors.
• Build, maintain, and continuously develop a central database for all relevant legal company documents.

Requirements

• Advanced studies in law or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous.
• Strong interest in corporate law, contract law, and competition law.
• A motivated, ambitious, and independent way of working, as well as a high willingness to learn.
• German language skills at C2 level or native speaker, and English language skills at at least C1 level.
• Residency in Berlin or willingness to work regularly on-site at our Berlin office.
