About the Role
UpReach Learning is seeking a part-time K–12 Interventionist to support Science instruction in charter schools for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves working directly with students to strengthen scientific knowledge, close learning gaps, and build confidence through targeted academic intervention and engaging instructional support.
Responsibilities
- Lead small-group and one-on-one science intervention sessions
- Support students in developing grade-level science knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Track and report student progress
- Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong understanding of K–12 science concepts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students succeed
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred (not required)
