About the Role
Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Store Manager for their World's End Store. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an organization that creates high-quality products, promotes environmental awareness, and provides excellent employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Act as store keyholder, managing opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
- Handle till cash-ups and other banking duties.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Serve as the point of contact for staff and customer issues.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Process product deliveries and movements using CEGID.
- Participate in annual stock takes and conduct regular line checks.
- Manage mail orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.
- Execute merchandising of the shop floor.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Provide coaching and training to staff.
- Address staff performance issues in line with company policies.
- Implement disciplinary actions as required.
- Manage marketing and promotional events.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Represent the brand effectively.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
