About the Role
The role involves the comprehensive management of residential and office construction projects, focusing on technical, organizational, and economic aspects. You will act as the interface between project development and construction execution, ensuring contractual obligations are met and managing quality, timelines, and change orders.
Responsibilities
- Holistic management of residential and office construction projects from technical, organizational, and economic perspectives.
- Review of general and subcontractor performance on the construction site.
- Control and monitoring of quality, schedule, and change order management, including invoice verification.
- Interface between project development and construction execution.
- Enforcement of contractual obligations of project participants.
- Technical project controlling and project management of buildings under construction or in planning.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable construction-related field.
- Sound and several years of professional experience in managing large-volume, turnkey construction projects.
- Proficient in VOB/C and construction law regulations, with a good understanding of guidelines and standards.
- Analytical and results-oriented work style with a high degree of independence.
- Confident negotiation skills, high social competence, and team spirit.
