Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients within your engagement portfolio.
• Manage delivery of workstreams, including prioritization, risk management, and junior staff guidance.
• Conduct client discovery to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical input for pre-sales activities.
• Serve as a technical authority for delivery and internal initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
• Stay current with emerging trends and pursue relevant certifications.
• Solve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement within workstreams and the delivery function.

Requirements

• Eligibility for Security Clearance.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders, including presentations and report writing.
• Business acumen to understand business drivers and prioritize technical solutions.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects, managing workstreams, and client relationships.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and their business impact.
• Experience in people management and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Extensive hands-on AWS experience, including articulating best practices and ROI.
• Ability to design and implement complex cloud platforms with legacy, microservices, and containerization.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, AWS DevOps Tooling) and deployment automation.
• Expertise in cloud networking concepts (Virtual Networks, routing, DNS, Gateways, Load Balancers).
• Understanding of AWS security services (IAM, WAF, KMS) and best practices for data security and compliance.
• Awareness of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, PCI-DSS).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Skills in scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, Bash, Groovy, or Powershell.
