About the Role
The Dealer must provide guests with a pleasant gaming experience while ensuring the safeguarding of casino assets and dealing table games professionally, accurately, and according to company policies. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to complete dealer certification training.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when interacting with guests and associates.
- Assist customers with any problems or requests.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service utilizing the 3 Feathers Guest Service Program.
- Ensure efficiency and security are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ensure the safeguarding of casino assets.
- Adhere to all Tribal Gaming Commission, company, and departmental policies and procedures while dealing assigned games.
- Maintain a smooth and efficient game pace.
- Deal games efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with internal controls.
- Work flexible shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Table Games Supervisor.
Requirements
- Must complete up to 160 hours of Dealer certification training.
- Must pass an audition for employment.
- Must attend training for 160 hours to learn basic skills of dealing Blackjack and Novelty games.
- Must pass a written test.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must obtain and maintain a New York State certification.
- Must obtain and maintain a Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Class III License or a Tribal Gaming Work Permit.
- Must pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment confirmation.
