About the Role
As a Product Operations Manager, you will bridge the gap between product launches and market results, driving outcomes rather than just activity. You will be one of three POMs responsible for a specific territory, with this role focusing on France, sunday's largest market where new products are often launched first. This is an opportunity to join early, grow fast, and shape the company's journey.
Responsibilities
- Turn global OKRs into clear, executable plans for the French market.
- Design and lead field activation strategies, including training, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and blockers.
- Feed structured insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
- Ensure product strategy remains aligned with company goals.
- Own the gap between what is shipped and what is actually used.
- Prepare local field teams for every launch.
- Run pilots and early rollouts, iterating quickly based on real results.
- Build structured, repeatable feedback loops from the field to Product.
- Influence prioritization by surfacing what will drive the most concrete impact.
- Orchestrate discussions between enterprise clients and Product Engineering.
- Start from the enterprise problem, not from feature requests.
- Ensure complex enterprise needs are addressed without fragmenting the product.
- Own key enterprise relationships and operate autonomously on product development prioritization.
- Drive integrations specific to France, such as POS systems, loyalty solutions, and external partners.
- Coordinate between Product Engineering, partners, and local teams.
- Own rollout, readiness, and follow-up to ensure integrations are stable and impactful.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a field-facing product role.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional execution in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who builds trust across Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM without formal authority.
- Operationally excellent, bringing structure to ambiguity and building scalable processes.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from idea to launch.
- Clear bias for action, moving quickly from identifying problems to implementing solutions.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and translating insights into decisions.
- Fluent in both English and French.
