About the Role
Miso Labs is building full-duplex speech-to-speech models to pass the voice Turing test. As a founding research team member, you will work across the entire model training stack, from architectural experiments to large-scale pre-training runs on H100 clusters.
Responsibilities
- Explore new architectural ideas for speech-to-speech models
- Scale model training rapidly
- Work on all parts of the model training stack
- Conduct small-scale architecture experiments
- Execute large pre-training runs on up to 1000 H100s
- Own long-term research outcomes end-to-end
Requirements
- Excited to work on all aspects of model training and development
- Comfortable with both research and hands-on engineering
- Willing to learn technical skills quickly in a self-directed manner
- Relocation to the San Francisco area
