About the Role

Manages special serviced loans and/or portfolios of customers of mid to high complexity, performing transaction analysis to minimize losses and optimize resolutions. Gathers financial data, prepares analysis, and develops workout strategies for a portfolio. Reviews relevant documents and transaction deal structures, negotiating workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses. Works with internal and external business partners and borrowers to better secure collateral coverage, adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulations. Evaluates asset or customer's cash flow, balance sheet, long-term business plans, and other relevant financial information. Performs site inspections for properties managed by special assets. May serve as a mentor to peers and conduct team training.

  • Adheres to established policies, procedures and regulations
  • Evaluates asset or customer's cash flow, balance sheet, long-term business plans, and other relevant financial information
  • Performs site inspections for properties managed by special assets
  • Works with internal and external business partners, which may include outside counsel, on negotiations and documentation to mitigate risk
  • May serve as a mentor to peers and conduct team training
