About the Role
Salomon is seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our new outlet store at Birkenhead Point. You will serve as the face of our brand, delivering exceptional retail experiences and driving sales through expert product knowledge and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Utilize customer service skills and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Provide responsive and engaging customer interactions with diligent follow-up.
- Resolve customer complaints and objections professionally.
- Promote loss prevention practices to protect company assets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and stockroom.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold brand visual standards and product presentation.
- Assist with replenishment, pricing, and preparation for sales and promotions.
Requirements
- Background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Availability for training and store set-up commencing Friday, August 14th.
- Availability during busy trade periods, including Black Friday weekend and the Christmas period.
- Natural curiosity, high energy, and a positive outlook.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and products across trail, road, hike, or sportstyle categories.
