About the Role

As the Senior Contracts Manager – Third Party Agreements (TPA), you will lead the commercial and contract management of TPAs within the Hunter Transmission Project (HTP) Delivery phase. This role oversees TPA contract administration and performance, managing compliance, risk, and issue resolution while supporting coordinated delivery and governance outcomes. The role translates strategic direction into coordinated delivery and upholds governance standards across all TPA engagements.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in law, business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Significant experience in contract management for major infrastructure or utilities projects.
Experience with transmission lines or electrical works is ideal.
Demonstrated expertise in leading complex contract administration.
Experience managing variations from a contract management perspective.
Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and governance frameworks relevant to TPAs.
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills.
Advanced reporting skills.
Advanced contract systems skills.
Experience supporting audits, assurance, and continuous improvement within a large project delivery environment.
