About the Role

The King's Trust is seeking a passionate individual to support 18-30-year-old entrepreneurs in bringing their business dreams to life. This role is crucial for empowering young people and fostering the next generation of business leaders by providing unwavering support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, high-energy workshops for young people across the UK exploring self-employment.
  • Facilitate sessions to help young people test ideas and take steps towards starting a business.
  • Collaborate with mentors, volunteers, and corporate partners to deliver a dynamic programme.
  • Act as a facilitator, host, and trusted voice on enterprise.
  • Create an environment where young people feel confident, supported, and ready to take action.
  • Manage essential administration and data to ensure programme quality.

  • Willingness to undergo basic disclosure checks.

Salary/Compensations

  • £25,092.00 to £28,783.00 (National)
  • £27,214.00 to £32,314 (London)
