About the Role
As an Analyst, Data & Insights, you will partner with teams across the business to uncover insights, solve problems, and help shape smarter, more human-centered services. Your work will drive real change for real people by building dashboards, deep-diving into business challenges, and spotting opportunities in data.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain intuitive, reliable dashboards using SQL and Tableau to track performance across key metrics.
- Analyze data to help teams understand trends and their causes.
- Collaborate with product managers, operations, and stakeholders to explore opportunities and inform decisions.
- Identify and solve real-world problems through structured analysis and compelling storytelling.
- Design new reports and improve existing ones to enable self-service insights for operations teams.
- Assess data implications for new features and processes by staying informed about product and business developments.
- Ensure all analysis adheres to Mable’s privacy and security policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative analytics culture by learning from peers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Fluency in SQL and proficiency in transforming and structuring data.
- Experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool for building dashboards.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Aptitude for solving complex problems and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- Experience with Python (especially PySpark) and familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
- Exposure to machine learning projects or working closely with data scientists is a plus.
- Git knowledge or experience with version control in a data context is a plus.
