  • Gather and analyse audience insights to inform event agendas, locations, formats and networking experiences.
  • Support the validation and launch of new events through direct market research and relationship development.
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations team to ensure speaker and delegate strategies complement one another.
  • Support sponsor requests by identifying and engaging relevant allocator audiences.
  • Monitor delegate engagement, satisfaction and retention, using data and feedback to drive continual improvement.
  • Help ensure attendance targets are achieved across the portfolio while maintaining the high quality of our audience.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to the Delegate Engagement Team Leader.
  • Create a consistent approach to delegate acquisition, engagement and relationship management across the wider events business.

Requirements

  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within financial services or B2B events.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A highly relationship-led approach with the confidence to engage senior investment professionals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how audience engagement contributes to business growth.
  • Experience using customer insights and data to shape strategy and improve engagement.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
