About the Role

The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging support to users, undertakes hardware engineering and software configuration activities, and troubleshoots and resolves issues across the NSWPF ICT environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, iOS and Android Mobile Devices.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Business process development and optimisation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
