About the Role
Responsible for providing elite support services to KLA PCB Territory customers, ensuring all Orbotech systems perform accurately to drive customer satisfaction and perceived value.
Responsibilities
- Provide service support to customers including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Develop strong customer relationships to facilitate the sale of the company's product portfolio.
- Complete all field reports accurately.
- Represent KLA Company culture and values professionally.
Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel to support the customer base as needed (estimated 50-60%).
- Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs, occasionally overhead.
- Ability to bend from the waist and lift items overhead safely.
Skills
- Solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, and vacuum technology.
- Basic knowledge of Printed Circuit Board technologies.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues to the component level.
- Solid understanding of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, and MS Office products.
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions.
- Flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working.
- Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended periods, often in difficult conditions.
- Detailed and logical approach to problem solving.
