About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Utilise your skills and experience to lead a team of Service Representatives across our growing New South Wales operations
  • Manage team performance, development and ensure resources are utilised in a way that enhances delivery
  • Frequently interact with Customers, focusing on account management and the development of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive Customer outcomes and ensure ongoing growth and success
  • Play a key technical role and act as a role model for best practices across systems, internal processes and tools
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on project status, business performance, financials and other key metrics
  • Contribute to workforce planning, the management of Subcontractor resources, involvement in special projects and leading proactive business improvement initiatives
  • Role model HSE, Quality and commit to nurturing future talent through apprentices and team development

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Electrician or similar Technical Trade) coupled with proven experience in a similar leadership position
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experienced in managing technical resources, ideally within a similar organisation/market (Services, Maintenance etc.)
  • Well-developed project management skills and demonstrated experience across operational delivery in support of diverse technical projects and related Customers
  • Intermediate IT skills, confident in your proven ability to leverage data to shape decisions, generate reports and provide specialist commentary
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities, strong on the technical but also someone who can achieve outcomes through people within a high-tempo environment
  • Additional qualifications (Project Management, Engineering etc.) will be viewed favourably
  • Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application
  • Will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview
