About the Role

Crystal Clean (CC) is seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team as a Route Sales & Service Representative (SSR). You will be responsible for applying sales strategies to grow business at new and existing customer sites, and performing essential services like servicing parts washing units and picking up waste drums.

Responsibilities

Implement effective sales strategies to expand business with new and existing customers.
Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Engage in and promote safe work behaviors.
Perform HCC services at customer facilities.
Service existing customers by exchanging solvent or aqueous fluids along with removal of drum wastes, servicing parts washers and other equipment.
Assess potential customer needs, present HCC products and services, and develop new customers.
Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, all truck equipment, etc.
Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC’s published standards.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats.
Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs.
Frequent pushing/pulling of 16-55 gallon drums of waste/product using HCC-approved equipment for safe material handling.
All applicants must pass the pre-employment physical including drug & alcohol screening.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
